I am sure every parent thinks their child is the funniest thing ever - and I am no exception! Caroline keeps us laughing every day. Here are some things that she is saying or doing these days:
"Whew, that close." She says this a lot lately. She dropped a book last night and said it and this morning she said it while she was doing puzzles. It doesn't always make sense why she says it, but it always makes me smile.
She has a puzzle with zoo animals and their babies. She always picks out the baby giraffe and says, "Baby raff. Awwwwww" and then gives the little puzzle piece a hug.
"Yummy Yum." After every bite that she finds exceptionally good. Sometimes this can make for a long dinner.
"I stuck." She says this all the time. She's usually never stuck. She'll be sitting in her tent and say "I stuck in my tent" as she's crawling out or standing up.
Moke is milk.
Bunts are buttons.
Anything and everything Adam does is funny and/or the best game ever. He put his foot up and touched her tummy while sitting on the couch. She thought that was hysterical and spent the next 20 minutes trying to bump her tummy into his foot on purpose.
Caroline refuses to call Daisy by her name anymore. She is just "Dog." Daisy Duck is now Daisy.
We have the hardest time getting her to bed lately. She'll listen to her story and say her prayers and then lay quietly while we leave the room. About 5 minutes later she'll poke her head into the living room and say in the cutest voice "Hi Daddymama. Hi Mamadaddy."
She keeps us smiling, that's for sure!!
