I was dreading this day - my first baby was hitting such a big milestone. She is now heading to "real school" and it's a little sad to think that she won't have as much time with me during the week. I can't help but wonder if I did everything I was supposed to with her - did we have enough lazy at home days? Did we do enough art projects? Did we read enough books? Did we have enough play dates? Did we spend enough time together? Our days together are numbered and I just hope that I made these last five years as wonderful for her as she made them for me. I love this little girl so incredibly much and I am so honored to be her mommy.
But I digress...the day came and I was prepared for tears. Luckily, I held it together and got to enjoy watching my sweet girl graduate from preschool.
I did almost cry when I saw this sweet thing walking in...She was so proud and waved to everyone the entire way down the aisle.
After the ceremony they had a reception in the Fellowship Hall. We loved getting to celebrate with our new graduate :)
Caroline with her amazing teacher, Ms. Sherry. She was such a God send to us this year. She taught Caroline so much and was such a perfect fit for our girl. Ms. Sherry had a sad year (her adult son passed away in early January) yet she was still able to be a consistent teacher who brought so much joy to the children she taught. I am truly amazed at her strength. I am so glad that Caroline was put in her class this year!
