Last week my two little ones started school. Harrison will be going two days a week to toddler PDO with Ms. Morgan and Ms. Lisa - the same teachers Caroline had at that age. Ann Parker will be going three days a week and has Ms. Abbey at TCDC.

Barnyard Bash
The weekend before Harrison's birthday we celebrated him with a barnyard bash!! It was a fun farm themed party. We had an amazing day celebrating our little man and feeling mighty blessed to have him in our family.
Here are some pictures from the party...there may be duplicates. Also, my camera broke and I was using my MIL's camera. I couldn't get the settings right and it was so humid outside so the lens kept fogging up. Just a warning why some of the pictures aren't great. :)
On the day you turned one...
First birthday party and 12 month post coming soon...
You turned one on Wednesday, August 26. It started out as a normal morning - I got up early and took Caroline to school. Grammy had come into town so she stayed home with you so you could sleep in. Once I got home, you and Ann Parker got dressed and the three of us went to our friends house to play for a little bit while Grammy got settled and ready. We went with our friends to Urban Cookhouse and you slept through lunch.
We went home and played with Grammy until it was time to go pick up Caroline. We made plans to take you for your first pair of shoes the following day. We had plans to do a big dinner, but you weren't really feeling great (which I think was due to teething) so we just had a low key evening. You got to eat a chocolate doughnut, which you liked. We sang Happy Birthday to you and you thought it was so funny! It was a laid back day but it was so wonderful to spend that time with you. Happy birthday precious boy. I couldn't love you more than I do.
Here are some pictures we used to display at your birthday party. You are ONE cute kid!!!

Eleven Months Old!!
Eleven Months Old - July 26, 2015
I am late in getting these posts together but I want to remember some things about each month so I am going back and doing them. His 12 month post will be coming soon.
Sweet Harrison turned 11 months old at the end of July. I cannot believe how fast this year is flying by. His little personality is coming out more and more lately. He loves music, his sisters, the swings, the pool, mama, remote controls, computers, and racooning in trash cans. Lovely...
He got his first tooth about a week before he turned 12 months. We were starting to wonder if he had teeth but then one day we saw the cutest little pearly white! He is a horrible eater and really only wants to drink milk and eat crackers and cookies. He had not gained a lot of weight and had a reaction to some veggie straws so we saw an allergist this month. As it turns out, he isn't allergic to anything but has some intolerances. He is on soy milk and we started introducing that at 11 months. It has helped him gain a little weight so we are pleased!
He is getting better at sleeping, usually going down about 9 and sleeping until 5. If he wakes up it is usually around 3 or 4 and he goes back to sleep easily. He still needs his paci and since his weight wasn't good, if he is hungry at night we feed him. Hopefully he has gained enough weight at his one year check up that we can stop that so we get a little more sleep.
He is such a sweet little boy and we just love him so much!!

First Day of Kingergarten
A few weeks ago my sweet first born baby started kindergarten. Wasn't she born like 10 minutes ago? She had her meet the teacher day on Monday and then school started on Wednesday. We all woke up bright and early to walk her into her class. We packed up her new PBK backpack, lunchbox, and water bottle and got her dressed in her favorite outfit and brought our girl to school.
She has an amazing teacher and the cutest class room with a sweet group of kids. I know that she is going to have a great year!
